1.  Memorize the Simple Machine formulas for next Wednesday's test.  (I'll give you practice problems for Pulleys after the lab tomorrow, and Inclined plane practice problems Friday after the Inclined plane lab.)

                            Thursday: Study the inquiry lab data and answers to questions to be prepared for Monday's quiz.  The quiz will not be a traditional quiz.  You will do another inquiry lab.  Tomorrow in class, we will assess the work you did for the inquiry labs on levers.  It will be the same way that I assess the quiz inquiry lab you will do on Monday.

1.  If your child is participating in the Spring session of the Project Oceanology program, tomorrow is the first of the Spring sessions.  Your child must bring a bag lunch to school, and a beverage that is NOT in a glass containter.

2. The Heart Expo was a superb followup to the Circulatory System unit we studied earlier this year!  The students who participated really enjoyed seeing everything they had learned in the unit about the parts of the heart in our unit!  hopefully you were able to come for a tour of the mobile MEDTECH Lab.  It was parked in the back Polson parking lot, and open to the public.

3.  Please remind your child to write a thank you note for the St. Raphael cardiologists and technicians who presented the Heart Expo sessions.
